A CREATIVE DIRECTORWITH A CAMERA
On this page you'll see a bit of everything — from high-level agency work involving cast and crew to run-and-gun documentaries. Whatever you're doing, I've probably done something like it or can pull together a team who has. That leaves you less to manage, fewer rounds of edits and more of your budget on the screen.
KPMG treated this training video like a short film. I drew on years of improvisational comedy to write the script, then assembled a top-notch Atlanta film crew.
YOUR VIRTUAL BRAND
A larger production with the crew and tools to add movement, lighting and scale while keeping the story grounded in real people.
AGNES SCOTT THERMAL INSTALLATION
Just me, a DSLR and a gimbal, running and gunning documentary-style. For many clients, this smaller footprint is exactly the right approach.
“COACH”
Stock footage, graphic design, voiceover and a carefully crafted script turned conversations with Cisco engineers into a high-profile landing-page film.
REMOTE SMB
KPMG - Drones over Copenhagen
TASK FORCE FOR THE HOMELESS
PHOEBE HEALTH
A two-person run-and-gun production built around documentary access and quick movement.
CHRIS LANNING
Heritage Werks preserves corporate history. We help turn those archives into films employees and customers can experience.
CAPABILITIES OVERVIEW
Created for a high-stakes presentation honoring a retiring U.S. Senator.
RETIREMENT VIDEO
One of a long-running series of little documentaries showing the diversity of life inside KPMG.

A Twilight Zone-tinged noir short from an Atlanta film collaborative I helped lead.
BUZZKILL
Famous album covers become duet partners for K. Michelle DuBois.
RECKLESS NEEDS
An abstract professional service turned into something visual and understandable.
WHAT IS ADVISORY?
Interview preparation presented as a classic boxing movie. Training content does not have to feel like training content.
HOW TO ACE THE INTERVIEW
Strong visuals can set the tone before anyone at a corporate gathering says a word.
MEETING INTRO
Documentary-style storytelling centered on workplace diversity.
WORKPLACE DIVERSITY
A tour through some of Atlanta’s best-known restaurants. We always ate well.
ATLANTA EATS
A solo production combining multiple cameras, live music takes, interviews, archival material and documentary B-roll. Shot, recorded and mixed by a crew of one—me.
ELECTRONIC PRESS KIT
TASK FORCE FOR THE HOMELESS
My first professional video project. After seeing it, Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy donated $250,000 to the Task Force. I’m still very proud of this one.
LIGHTS! CAMERA! STORY!
I started my career as a copywriter and in journalistic writing, so everything I do is based on the beat of the word — from the interviews I conduct to the pace of the edits I cut. I'll wrestle with words to find the angle that will make your story unique, memorable and human.
